No registration or onboarding fee is required to register as our merchant.
No commission is required, our platform fee will be charged to the consumers instead.
No, merchants are not allowed to cancel their order once they have already accepted an order from their customers.
We will transfer the funds to the merchant’s registered bank account on a weekly basis.
For the tracking of the history of your sales and transaction, you can do the following Access the Merchant App > Go to ‘Account’, then if you want to see your sales history, go to ‘History’ where you can then use the filter function to search for your preferred orders. Otherwise, if you want to track your transactions, go to ‘Merchant Transaction’ and you can look at your transactions during a specified period in time
No, consumers are not allowed to cancel their orders once it is confirmed and paid.
Currently, we accept debit / credit card and PayNow payment only.  Please note that there will be a payment fee charged by the payment service provider.

Our coverage of food delivery extends island-wide over the entire Singapore. We deliver food with the help of LalaMove for the time being, though our dedicated rider-team is coming soon, so stay tuned to our latest updates
There are several steps for you to follow to order food on QueueCut.

  1. Select the merchant you want to order from and browse the food menu there. Then select the food that you want to order
  2. Enter your delivery address or choose a pick up / dine in option.
  3. Review your order summary and make any necessary changes
  4. Click “Place Order” to confirm your order and await confirmation from the Merchant
  5. After the Merchant has confirmed your order, you can then make your payment by Credit / Debit card / PayNow.
  6. Confirm your payment and then you can sit back and wait for the food to come to you!

Please follow below steps for your rider account activation:

  1. Download Queuecut Rider app at Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Complete and submit the required details during the app registration.
  3. You will be notified via email to complete rider account setup with Stripe, our third-party payment provider.
  4. After completion, our customer service support will review and activate your rider account.
  5. You will be notified via email once your account is approved.
  6. Your account is ready to use now

  2. You will need to submit your NRIC, valid driving license, vehicle Log if you register for motorbike, car or van.

You will receive your earnings 5-7 days after completion of each service provided in your bank account registered with Stripe.

Go to Account > Request Vehicle Type. Then you can look at various options (Bicycle, Walking, Personality Mobility Aid, Power-assisted Bicycle, and Motorcycle). Then click on ‘Contact Support’ you will be redirected to our WhatsApp text, and you can contact us to change your delivery type to your preferred one.

When you accept your order, you can go to ‘View Order’ > ‘Cancel Job’ > Then explain your reasons and ‘Save Changes’. Then the job will be cancelled and go to another available rider. However, any cancelled jobs will affect your rider commission and your rating, so do not cancel your jobs unnecessarily.
