QueueCut Terms And Conditions

Welcome to QueueCut Pte Ltd website. 

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully.  By accessing & use of our website and app services, you have agreed to acknowledge and be bound by these Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use may be changed and revised from time to time.  Upon revision, it will be posted in our website and app.

This agreement is entered into between QueueCut Pte Ltd (“Company”) having registered office address at 28 Sin Ming Lane #05-145 Midview City Singapore 573972 and Rider (“Contractor”).

1. What we do

We are a food ordering app that connects the merchant with the consumer for placing their food orders.  Our app is currently available for dine-in & takeaways, delivery option will soon be available in our next phase. When the consumer places an order from our merchant, QueueCut acts as an agent on behalf of merchant to process and complete the order.

2. Use of Queuecut Platform and Account

Both the consumer & the merchant are required to register for a QueueCut account to use our platform. During registration, you will have to provide your personal information including a valid email address, a mobile phone number and a unique password. To place an order, you will need to provide your credit card details depending on which payment method you opt for. Please do not share your unique password with anyone and you are solely responsible to keep it secret at all times.

For merchants, you are required to register to our third-party payment gateway (Stripe) before your account can be activated for use on our platform. Please refer to Stripe terms of use before registering to its payment gateway. Its terms of use can be found at https://stripe.com/en-sg/privacy

We shall reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account should we suspect any misuse of an account other than yours, fraudulent act, and breach of our terms of use, privacy policy and our policies and guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, material, application, software, and others available in our website and app platform strictly belong to QueueCut ownership and any third party who authorized us to use them. These rights are strictly reserved. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or republish them for your own personal, commercial, or non-commercial use without our consent.

4. Orders

When a consumer places an order with QueueCut, you will be notified via our app if your order is successfully accepted by our merchant. If accepted by our merchant, the consumer will then receive an email confirmation containing the order receipt. The order receipt will list the breakdown of our rider or Lalamove delivery fee, Stripe payment service fee and our platform fee where applicable.

For self-pick-up orders, please ensure that you collect your food on time. We shall not be responsible for any refund should there be any order not collected from the merchant.

Any special instruction or notes requested in an order will be subject to the merchant’s availability. Neither QueueCut nor the merchant shall be liable to replace or refund an Order should there be non-compliance with the special instructions provided by consumer.

QueueCut does not guarantee any orders supplied by our merchant are free of allergens and we are not required to disclose ingredient information on our platform. Should you have any allergic reaction to any specific ingredients, please check with our merchant first before you place an order on our platform.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel an order provided our merchant has not accepted your order.  If, our merchant has accepted your order, you may access our help center for order cancellation.  However, no refunds will be issued to you for any order cancellation.

6. Prices

The price quoted on our platform is in SGD currency and is subject to the applicable GST. You agree and accept that prices and offers on the platform may vary from the prices offered by our merchant on the other platform be it the merchant’s own website, mobile app, or other food ordering platform.

For “pick-up” orders, there will be a takeaway fee collected by the merchant.

For “priority order,” there will be a priority order fee solely collected by merchant. Priority order fees may vary from time to time depending on demand and as per request from merchant. QueueCut does not benefit or co-share or charge any fee collected by merchant from this priority order.

The platform fees (collected by QueueCut) and the payment service fee (collected by our third-party payment gateway provider “Stripe” for PayNow & credit card payment) will be displayed on our platform upon order “check-out.”

7. Payment Methods

We currently accept online payment method via PayNow & credit card only. A third-party payment gateway “Stripe” will help to process and accept our payment from consumer for online payment made through PayNow or credit card.

The payment collected from our consumer will then be reimbursed to the merchant

8. Pick-Up & Dine-In

Pick-Up

If a pick-up order is selected for an order, you are required to collect it from the merchant’s premises.  You may expect some reasonable delays especially during meal peak hours.

If, in the event the consumer did not pick up their order on time or within a reasonable pick-up time, neither the merchant nor QueueCut shall be liable for any deterioration in quality or change in the condition of the food supplied.  Consumers are liable to check that their goods are in order and in good condition during their pick-up.  Any defects or incomplete order shall be made known to the merchant before the consumer leaves the merchant’s premises.

Dine-In

Please collect your order within the collection time stipulated in your order confirmation for dine-in orders.  Neither the merchant nor QueueCut shall be liable for refund or re-fulfill your orders for any dine-in orders not collected by you

9. Vouchers, Discounts & Promotions

QueueCut may have vouchers, discounts & promotions and it may vary from time to time. These vouchers, discounts and promotions will be available within the stipulated time limit. For the redemption eligibility, please read the terms & conditions before you use it on our platform. Unless otherwise stated, all these are applicable on our platform only.

Vouchers & discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

QueueCut reserves the right to withdraw, amend and alter the vouchers, discounts & promotions at any time without prior notice whenever it is deemed necessary.

10. Referral Program

We have a referral program from time to time and the terms and conditions of this program may vary depending on our marketing and promotional period. So, please  read our terms & condition carefully before you agree to take on our referral program.

11. Merchant Liability

The merchant shall be solely responsible for the preparation, condition and quality of food provided to you. QueueCut should not be responsible or accountable for any expenses, loss or damage arising from your order with the merchant.

12. Personal Data And Information Protection

You agree and consent to allow QueueCut to use, collect, process and disclose your personal data and information in accordance with these Terms and as described in our Privacy Policy.  You may refer to our privacy policy in our website at https://queuecut.sg/privacypolicy/

13. Uploading Material To Our Site And Our Service

Any photos, images & materials that you uploaded in our website and platform and any data we collected are considered non-confidential & non-proprietary.  You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to use, copy, distribute, sell and disclose to third parties any such material or data for any purpose related to our business.

The photos and images uploaded are for references only and it may differ from the actual goods.

14. Third Party Link and Websites

Should our website or platform contain any link to other sites and resources provided by third parties, it will be for your information only.  QueueCut does not have any right or control over the content on these sites or resources and shall not bear any responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

15. Jurisdiction And Applicable Law

QueueCut terms and condition and the use of our website and platform shall be governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

16. Variations

We may revise our terms and conditions at any point of time by amending this page.  You are required to check this page from time to time to be aware of the changes we make which may be binding on you.
